Remember that the driver is solely responsible for your car from the moment you hand it over until you receive it.
Firstly, you don’t pay anything for us to start organizing your transport. We begin working as soon as we have the complete origin and destination addresses and contact persons. Once we have assigned your truck with estimated dates and the transport insurance reviewed, you only pay a small portion of the service upfront, with the majority paid upon receiving the car and confirming that everything is in perfect condition. Once we have assigned your truck, you pay a deposit ranging from $100 to $200. This can be done using a debit or credit card, or by making a deposit at Bank of America or Wells Fargo. However, this payment must be made within the first half hour after you are contacted, as otherwise, the truck’s spot may be lost, which is necessary to carry out the dispatch.

Land Transport within the United States:

However, the insurance we review is only directed to the car, meaning that these items are not insured and travel at the customer’s own risk. Therefore, it is not recommended to place electronic items, iPads, laptops, TVs, expensive glasses, etc., in the trunk. Neither the driver nor we are responsible for these items. However, customers often request and send items inside, and in approximately the last 500 shipments, we have not received any notifications. If the weight exceeds 100 lbs, it is at the driver’s discretion at the time of pickup. In some cases, they may charge between $50 to $100 for these items.
Sea Transport to Puerto Rico and Vice Versa:
The maritime transport we organize is exclusive for vehicles. Cars are placed in wagons inside ships; they do not go into closed containers. This makes it a quick and economical transport. For this reason, nothing is allowed inside the vehicles, as inspections are exclusively for the car and need to be conducted quickly. Accessories that are part of the vehicle’s assembly, such as spare tires and original vehicle tools, are allowed. The only exclusion is baby car seats.
We will strive to provide you with a Door-to-Door service, provided that truck access is allowed in the neighborhoods. If the truck cannot enter due to restrictions in the neighborhoods, the driver will agree with you on a nearby location within a 15-mile radius.
It is not necessary for the owner of the car to be present, but it is mandatory for someone to be present to hand over the car at pickup and another person to receive it at delivery. This ensures that they receive the transport document (Bill of Lading), which serves as proof that the car was picked up and delivered.
Yes, there is transportation available for cars that don’t work, known as non-operational (INOP) cars. It’s important to have all descriptions of the car’s damage to determine the necessary tools for transport. If possible, provide photos of the car with damages. For example, if the car has an engine issue but the wheels, brakes, and steering work, only a truck with a winch to lift and lower the car is needed. However, if the car has damage to a wheel, a forklift is needed at the loading and unloading sites. Typically, this service incurs an additional cost of $100 for non-operational cars. Cars with a dead battery are considered non-operational. We recommend that customers purchase and replace the battery to avoid additional charges from the transporter.
